2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use Get2Know. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian. Children may participate incidentally in events under adult supervision.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining account security, keeping account information accurate, and all activity under your account.
4. Free and Paid Services
Get2Know may offer free and paid services, including paid Event Packs. Features, pricing and service limits may change from time to time.
5. Payments and Refunds
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Event Pack purchases are non-refundable once activated.
An Event Pack is considered activated once a sixth participant accesses the event by scanning the event QR code, causing the event to move beyond the Free plan limits.
Nothing in this section affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Game unlawfully, submit harmful content, disclose others' personal data unlawfully, include sensitive personal information in quiz content, misuse QR access, interfere with other events or attempt to circumvent Free plan limits.
7. User Content Responsibility
You are responsible for all questions and content you create or share through Get2Know. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, use and moderate content solely to operate and improve the Game.
8. Moderation
We may review, remove or moderate content and suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, fraud, security risks, or repeated violations.
9. Intellectual Property
All rights in Get2Know belong to Monkey Nuts Ltd. If you provide feedback, we may use it without obligation or compensation.
10. Availability and Event Performance
The Game is provided on an 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or continuous operation during any event.
11. Disclaimer
The Game is provided 'as is' without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for paid services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant Event Pack. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
14. Privacy
Use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
